With this little bit of she said/she said, Michele Chen came in and we have a pizza-bread baguette called Zhou Zi and call it Ai Shi, which means both translation of my names but mainly is the Chinese word for East or West. We bake this into one piece and then the oven we use heats it and then we present it. We have another crust called a bun bao and called Hong Zi and that’s a little bit of a more elongated noodle noodle base covered with chopped sesame seeds. We also have pieces of butter buns we call mah tang and there is one called Qiu Ming and that’s a little bit like a sandwich. We have the grand finale which is we have a lot of different food; noodle dumplings, pot stickers and lots of samples because basically we have the kind of meals that are a perfect combination of Chinese and American experiences.

My first time as an entrepreneur working in the baking business. I try to keep myself creative. Just try to meet the customers’ need. It was wonderful tasting those cookies. It was a surprise; it’s so delicious.
